CONCEPT DRAWINGS

CONTRACTING

MODELING & SHOP DRAWINGS
The details of fabrication/Shop drawings along with a detailed plan is submitted to client for approval and information necessary to manufacture, fabricate, assemble and install is provided.
FABRICATION
Fabrication is the process where the material is planned for production and produced as per detailed Bill of Quantities and specifications given in approved shop drawings.
QC CHECKING AND PACKING
Pre Checks: Test on painted sheets with dimensional check is performed prior to dispatch with easy marks for on-site identification. On Site Check: Length and quantity is checked with reference to the Bill of Quantities along with in-transit scratches and dents.
DELIVERY
The delivery of QC checked material on site upon availability of clear fronts and proper place for storage of the goods at site.
ERECTION
On-site installation work: Our installation team works on the site to erect the structure as per specification from material delivered on the site.
